Inspired by the Japanese word for “Sky,” Sora will celebrate the artistry, precision, and elegance of Japanese cuisine through carefully curated menus, premium

Once launched, Sora will become a signature destination for sushi, sashimi, ramen, and contemporary Japanese culinary experiences near Bandaranaike International Airport.
