6. Cancellation and Modification
Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies depend on the selected room rate and reservation type.
Guests should review the applicable cancellation policy displayed during booking.
Failure to arrive without cancellation may result in a No-Show charge according to the booked rate conditions.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method and may require several business days depending on the issuing bank.
7. Check-In Requirements

- Any documentation required under applicable Sri Lankan laws.
CIAH reserves the right to refuse accommodation where legal requirements are not met.
8. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with hotel policies.
CIAH reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests whose conduct:
- Endangers staff or other guests;
- Causes property damage;
- Violates applicable laws;
- Creates excessive disturbance;
- Involves abusive, threatening, or illegal behaviour.
Guests remain responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
